A: The lumbar support should be sitting on the bench, pushed flush against a heater panel. The neck rest should be placed right at the nape of your neck. Make sure the winglets of the neck rest are wedged into place to prevent movement.

A: The lumbar and head supports are not solid, but slatted, with large gaps between each slat. These gaps allow the infrared waves to reach your body.
