Does JNH have a showroom?
The showroom (located in Ontario, CA) is currently closed. However, our team is hard at work creating a virtual showroom experience in the near future. Please call our Sales Department for further assistance at (800) 528-3110.
Are there any financing options?
Yes, we offer financing through Klarna with a minimum purchase of $499.
Do you offer in-home installation?
We offer Professional Delivery and Assembly Services (PDAS) to qualifying zip codes in the Southern California area. At the moment, PDAS is available in Los Angeles County, Orange County, San Diego County and most addresses within the Inland Empire. During checkout, if your zip code qualifies, you will be presented with PDAS as a Shipping Option.
How do I track an order?
If you created an account and placed an order online, simply sign into your account to check the status of your shipment. Once your order ships, we will send all tracking information to the email address you provided during checkout, regardless if you created an account or purchased as a guest.
If you purchased over the phone, the same applies as above: once your order ships, we will send all tracking information to the email address you provided during checkout.
