Q: Does the 2 person sauna require special wiring?
A: Our 1-2 person infrared saunas do not require any electrical modifications to your standard wall outlet. Their electrical requirement is 110V-120V/15 Amps.
Q: Why won't the control panel allow me to go over 140℉?
A: The 140℉ limit is an ETL safety standard built into the control panel. The 140℉ setting is perfect for prolonged infrared therapy sessions (up to 60 min.) while also taking user safety into account.
Q: What type of glue is used in the construction of JNH's saunas?
A: We use a nonchemical furniture-grade glue that's applied in between the wooden slats. Due to the nature of our products, it's important we use glue that will not off-gas.
Q: Why is there a light socket? Does the sauna come with a bulb?
A: The pre-installed light socket provides you with the opportunity to purchase a chromotherapy bulb during checkout or at a later time. The chromotherapy light does not come included with your purchase and must be added to your cart if you wish for one to arrive with your sauna.
Q: Is there an option to set an automatic timer that will turn my infrared sauna on for me?
A: Your JNH sauna has the ability to set a duration timer that will sound off when your session is over. However, for safety purposes, the sauna does not come with the ability to set an automatic timer that will turn your infrared sauna on at a certain time of the day.
