*Electrical components include the following: digital control panel, power box, carbon fiber heater panels, Near Infrared Emitters (for Tosi Collection), Chromotherapy Light Socket, LED Light, and Bluetooth speaker system.

**Wood structure includes the following: bench seat panels, floor panel, and roof.

Optimal Wood Care

At JNH Lifestyles, we use only the highest quality wood in our saunas. Natural variations such as minor dents, scratches, scuffs, and differences in color or grain do not affect the sauna’s structural integrity or performance. Small cracks may develop due to climate changes during normal use, but these do not impact the unit’s durability or function.

Before shipping, all wood is inspected for consistency in color and quality. However, slight imperfections may occur during transit. To address exterior or interior blemishes, scratches, or scuffs, we recommend using fine-grit sandpaper to smooth the affected areas. Avoid using furniture polish, oil, or similar products for treatment.

Surface cracks are considered normal characteristics of wood and are not defects in material or workmanship.

Warranty Coverage

JNH Lifestyles warrants that our saunas are free from defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty period begins from the shipping date of the sauna. While this warranty covers replacement parts, customers are responsible for all associated shipping and handling fees for these parts. Labor and technician costs are not covered under warranty. 

Wood Components

The wood components of the sauna are covered under warranty for defects in materials and workmanship. Because the wood is kiln-dried, natural expansion and contraction may occur in a sauna environment, potentially causing minor cracks. This is considered normal and is not covered under the warranty. Saunas must be installed indoors. Outdoor installation exposes the wood and electrical components to weather damage, voiding the warranty. Any signs of outdoor use will invalidate the warranty. Changes in wood color over time are a natural aging process and are not covered. 

Eligibility

This warranty is available only to the original retail purchaser and becomes void if ownership is transferred.

Installation

The sauna must be installed within 30 days of receipt. All shipping costs, including those for replacement parts under warranty, are the responsibility of the customer. The warranty is void if the sauna is altered, misused, or maintained contrary to the instructions provided. Manufacturing defects are covered, but damage resulting from improper handling is not. 

Labor and Maintenance

Labor costs, including the removal, inspection, or reinstallation of warranty parts, are not covered by JNH Lifestyles. Regular maintenance, adjustments, or recalibration of electrical components are also excluded from the warranty. 

Claim Process

To file a warranty claim, defective parts must be shipped prepaid to JNH Lifestyles, accompanied by proof of purchase, your name, mailing address (no PO Boxes), daytime phone number, and a description of the issue. Replacement or repaired parts will be returned to the customer at their own expense, including shipping and handling fees.

Once your claim has been reviewed, further instructions on how to proceed will be provided. Please note that defective parts shall be shipped prepaid to JNH Lifestyles. Any repaired or replacement parts will be returned at the customer’s expense, including shipping and handling fees. 

Limitations

JNH Lifestyles and the manufacturer are not liable for loss of sauna use, incidental or consequential damages, personal injury, or property damage.
