What Does JNH Lifestyles Do With My Personal Data?
We collect information anytime you visit a product page on our store, create an account, place an order, sign up for our newsletter, or submit a contact form. All these methods implement the use of browser cookies, interactive web forms and network data (geographic IP address).
Your personal data is used strictly in-house for transacting payments, processing orders, shipping products, customer service and marketing content. It is not shared with any third parties unless absolutely necessary for business purposes. At the moment, we only share data with 2 third party companies: BigCommerce (E-Commerce Provider) and Klarna (Financing). We do not sell your personal data.
Big Commerce collects information about a shopper in order to perform business functions on behalf of JNH Lifestyles. This includes transacting payments, shipping orders, saving login info should an account be created and saving personal information to autofill in the event of a consumer returning to finalize a transaction.
If you decide to opt-in with Klarna to purchase a product, you’re required to pass a credit check which requires your full name, home address, phone number, date of birth and the last four digits of your social security number.
Concerning California Citizens
As part of the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California citizens have a right to:
- access the information we have collected on them
- change that information
- delete their information
- request additional information about data collection
- request information about sales and disclosures
- not be discriminated against for exercising their CCPA rights
